1. Enter your assigned Account name and Password and click Install. Don't have an account yet? Contact us and we'll get you set up. Important - make sure someone at your office has installed the PSRemote Host which was part of the psremote.com Welcome Kit. Account name: Password: Invalid account name or password   2. When the following screen (or one like it) comes up, click Open. Note - on an average high speed connection, this should take less than 30 seconds.   3. When the download is complete, follow the instructions on the PSRemote Installer. When it's finished, you'll see an interface similar to what you have at the office.
